Can I try muunai for free?
Yes. You can try muunai for 14 days with all Consultation features and unlimited reports. No credit card is required.
What is included in the Consultation plan?
The Consultation plan includes unlimited reports, custom report templates, team collaboration, priority support, an included allowance for Dictation and Prepare, setup, and integration with your EHR system.
Does setup or EHR integration cost extra?
No. Setup and integration with a supported EHR system are included in the Consultation plan. For custom Enterprise integrations, we will prepare a tailored quote.
Which add-ons can I add?
A limited allowance for Dictation and Prepare is already included in the Consultation plan. Both features can be added separately for additional usage. Their prices follow the monthly or annual billing option selected above.
Is the price per practice or per user?
The displayed Consultation price is per user per month, excluding VAT. We offer custom Enterprise terms for larger organizations.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at the end of the current billing period and continue using muunai until then.
