What happens to the recorded conversations?
Conversations are processed in real-time and immediately deleted after generating your report. We never store audio recordings or use them for AI training.
Can I edit the generated reports?
Yes, you have full control over the final report. You can edit, format, and customize the content before saving or exporting it to your system.
Is muunai compatible with my existing system?
muunai is already integrated with Medatixx, Medical Office, Tomedo, T2med, Turbomed, Nephro7 and Medistar. We will set up the integration for you within just 30 minutes. Do you have a different EHR system? You can still easily use muunai via copy & paste or contact us and we'll create an integration for your system in no time.
How long does it take to get started?
You can start using muunai immediately after signing up. The interface is intuitive and requires minimal setup. We also offer onboarding support and training sessions if needed.
What languages does muunai support?
muunai supports over 30 languages for transcription, including German (DE, AT, CH), English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and many more European languages such as Hungarian, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Greek, Romanian, and others.
What are the technical requirements?
You only need an internet connection and a microphone. We recommend conference microphones for the table or the built-in microphones on Apple Macs.
Can I save documentation in T2med in individual sections such as history and findings?
Yes. Through our integration you can save any individual sections in T2med, and you can also save diagnoses with ICD codes directly.
What are the cancellation terms?
muunai offers both a monthly and an annual subscription. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Each period runs from your individual subscription start date, not based on the calendar month or year. You can cancel up to the day before your renewal date.
